Mistakes happen.  It’s how you react to them that shows your character.

Do you admit to your mistake or blame someone else?  Do you ignore the issue and hope it goes away?

Here are 3 tips on what to do when you make an error.

1.  Be accountable.  Don’t blame others.

2.  Apologize, if necessary.

3.  Find ways to improve so the same mistake doesn’t happen again.

Other people will make mistakes too.  Don’t forget to give them a chance to make things right.
